Over the past 12 months, we’ve witnessed a transformation in the balance of our business. Executive coaching and leadership development have emerged as our most sought-after services, while outplacement remains at the heart of our business model.

A significant milestone in our journey has been the partnership with Fuel50, leading to the United Nations becoming our largest global client. By leveraging their AI platform for career coaching, we’ve reached new heights in providing impactful services worldwide and look forward to continuing with this partnerships as Fuel50’s implementation partners.

Our footprint has expanded to diverse corners of the globe, with successful delivery in Mongolia, Botswana, Japan, Poland, Ghana, the USA, totalling 62 countries since inception. To enhance our reach, we’ve launched coaching and mentoring apps through our partnership with MentorCity and created over 100 digital learning resources.

Mentoring in the workplace has experienced exponential growth, and we have built a pool of 20 experienced business leaders as mentors. We believe that the insights of external mentors with extensive business experience can prove invaluable to C-suite and aspiring C-suite executives.

As part of our strategy to foster collaboration, our partnership with Browne Jacobson enables us to extend coaching services to their clients, targeting in-house counsel and C-suite executives.

Liz Sebag-Montefiore is a Co-Founder and Director of 10Eighty. With over 15 years of business experience, I have an extensive and impressive blue chip client base. I have worked with numerous firms working in partnership with the client to understand their needs. My current role involves managing relationships with clients, developing new business, and coaching individuals in their career. I really enjoy meeting new people and have strong client relationship and networking skills. I am passionate about coaching as a means to motivate individual performance and believe that proactive career coaching will set direction, bolster employee engagement and self-confidence.
