Howard, an alumni of Durham University and London Business School is a skilled transformation/change agent. He has over 25 years in consulting, coaching and executive leadership. Howard’s core skill set is as a business transformation/change practitioner and coach with a focus on executives and their teams, performance improvement and organisation change.
He has worked at Board and C suite level to implement people and organisational change to achieve tangible results and has a proven track record of delivering enterprise wide, cross border programmes: pre/post acquisition, rapid growth, target operating model, business/product launch, leadership team reconfiguration and development, IPO transition, restructuring/downsizing, and HR/OD functional upgrade.
His experience was built in financial services (brokerage, investment & retail banking, private equity & fintech), pharma, energy, FMCG, professional services, technology and public sector. His consultancy work has included the London Metal Exchange, BSi and the UK Government, amongst others. Organisations Howard has assisted include Barclays, Cargill Inc, CSL Pharma Ltd, Imperial Brands, JPMorgan, Price Waterhouse and Thomson-Reuters. Howard is a Fellow of the CIPD and was a Guest lecturer for Executive Education programmes at Cass Business School, as an expert on financial markets and commodity derivatives.
