Having a great elevator pitch is so important and cannot be undervalued. To put it simply, you never know when you will use your elevator pitch. You might be in a queue, or in a lift with a potential job hunter or your CEO and you have minutes to speak to them. Being able to give an effective 60 second elevator pitch can be hugely beneficial and set you apart from the crowd.
