Tim has spent 40 years working in the London (and global) insurance markets, both at broking firms and at a carrier. He’s had the privilege of working with and for many of the most high profile individuals in the marketplace we know today.

He has experience of leading large operations teams at both broking and (re)insurance firms. From sales and marketing initiatives in the front office through to claims and post placement operations in the back office. Both for high performing ‘business as usual’ operations and oftentimes during significant change initiatives.

Tim is an active supporter of many D&I initiatives. Someone who prefers to ‘walk the walk’ and actively engage as an advocate for the sometimes marginalised, which he finds highly rewarding.
