Richard is an Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking Chartered Accountant with Non-Executive, Audit Chair and Executive Board experience across the Financial Services and Technology sectors. He also has experience in Private Equity and tech start-ups. In 2007, as CFO, he started a new bank from scratch which demanded that he test all his business and people skills to the limit. He enjoys sharing the lessons he learnt on his career journey.
