Nigel is a Non-Executive Director of 10Eighty. He has held Board level Group HR Director roles in FTSE250 and Fortune500 businesses and worked across seven sectors in his career. More recently he has worked in search for a leading Financial Services headhunter.
He is passionate about helping individuals and companies tap into their strengths and realise their potential. He has a particular interest in coaching, career pathing and neuro-diversity. As a qualified football coach he often looks to bring learnings from sports coaching into the world of work.
Outside of work, Nigel is on the executive team of a local West London club which is a feeder for Fulham FC. He also helps a dyslexic school with careers advice and internships.
