aura has worked exclusively in the Higher Education Sector for the past 25 years at the University of East London, Sussex University, King’s College London and University College London.  For the past ten years she was a Chief Operating Officer at City, University of London. She has mentored, coached, interviewed and developed numerous managers, students and staff at all levels of their careers.

She has a deep understanding of graduate employability and career development.  She is the Mentor Leader at Lambeth College in South London with “Career Ready”, a national mentoring programme which supports 18-to-24-year-olds from deprived backgrounds into employment or university. She is a qualified Career Coach and Workplace Mediator and holds a Master’s degree in Voluntary Sector and Charity Management from Cass Business School.
