Gareth has a long career as a Board-level HR Director with deep experience in financial services and markets, in global roles. He has also worked with start-ups and FinTech, chairs a leading educational not-for-profit, and successfully co-founded a ground-breaking business, focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He has acted as mentor, sounding board and critical friend to numerous CEOs and their teams and is a specialist in leadership potential & effectiveness, preventing derailment, and building culture. He is a Mentor on the Solaris Global Women’s Leadership Academy for black professionals and executives.
