Claire is an Organisation Development Practitioner with over 25 years experience. Part of her expertise includes coaching individuals and groups, which she does enjoy. She is a qualified Executive Business Coach and also holds a Masters degree in People & Organisation Development. She is currently in the final year of her Phd studies in Management at the University of Sussex Business School. She works with organisations to help people have better conversations, think more transparently together and with individual self-awareness and also to help people develop and implement key management skills and leadership behaviours.
