Chris has some 30 years odd helping individuals and organisations manage change management and personal development. He has worked across a variety of sectors both Public and Private. In addition to his coaching practice he designs and runs assessment and development centres and trains interviewers. He helps clients understand their unique skills and shares his knowledge to help them succeed in their career particularly in interviews or selection processes.
