Caroline is a certified career transition and executive coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation. She is passionate about helping leaders and talents succeed through life’s quakes and significant changes. Her mission is to help them discover their ‘true north’ and lead from their core in a way that’s fun and joyful. With guidance on crafting ambitious visions and aligning decisions with personal values, Caroline empowers her clients to achieve their best work, careers, and personal growth.

With over 17 years of experience in international development, working at the United Nations, World Bank Group, OECD, and other renowned organisations, Caroline has held diverse roles, including: safeguard specialist, gender education lead, business and human rights advisor. She has led teams in complex environments and has lived and worked in six countries. Currently residing in Washington DC with her family, Caroline also enjoys traveling, reading, and playing golf.
