Anna is passionate about unlocking potential to maximise performance. After changing direction from her full-time legal career, Anna qualified as an executive coach at Henley Business School and now splits her time between working as a freelance lawyer to the built environment industries and as an executive coach. Her career has given Anna a deep understanding of the challenges faced in juggling heavy workloads and keeping multiple stakeholders satisfied, all while keeping teams motivated and looking after one’s own development needs and maintaining a sense of purpose.
