This interactive Connected Conversations e-learning programme trains managers on how to have Connected Conversations with employees. The outcome of each Connected Conversation is having a highly engaged employee. It’s comprised of 5 modules, each between 4 and 7 minutes in length, with a mix of media and interaction to appeal to different people’s learning preferences – all with the goal of training Managers how to frame a Connected Conversation. The interactive modules can be accessed by PC, tablet or mobile anytime.
