10th anniversary of 10Eighty
2022 marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of 10Eighty. Yay, for us!
We would like to thank all of you who have supported us over the last ten years. Likewise all those associates, many of whom worked with us in our previous company, and who subsequently moved to 10Eighty; again a big thank you. We couldn’t have done it without all of you.
On reflection it now seems a huge decision to set up this business. At the time we probably did not appreciate the magnitude of the decision we were taking – it just seemed like the right thing to do.
Making a difference
We were then, and continue to be, passionate about helping people find job satisfaction and career success. We believe that everyone is entitled to job satisfaction and a fulfilling career. What’s more, organisations that provide an environment that provides such careers will be staffed with engaged employees and this will cascade into customer satisfaction and commercial success.
So, setting out 10 years ago with these lofty ideals, we like to think we have made a difference. There is nothing more fulfilling than to be told you have made a difference to someone’s life. That said, we still have a long way to go.
Too many organisations pay lip service to the mantra ‘people are our most important asset’. We have not completely demonstrated the argument that by investing in your people, you will generate shareholder value. However, I sense we are on the cusp of change; leaders, now more than ever, are having to focus on the communities they serve, not just shareholders or indeed employees.
So our rallying call at the start of 2022, is that we still have much good work to do. Thank you for your past support, and we look forward to continuing to work with you.

Based in the UK, our team of coaches, facilitators and leadership consultants work with clients to build plans tailored to their organization and goals. We opened and closed an office in Dubai, fun while it lasted but sadly it didn’t make commercial sense.
We may be small but we think big. We work with corporate clients on projects including leadership and management, outplacement and career management.
We think global too and have delivered services in 39 countries from Australia to the USA; we play an active role in the Global Outplacement Alliance (GOA), a cohesive network of international career specialists providing best in industry outplacement and career management services.
What our name means
We think in tens and eighties – 10% of your team will be highly talented so you need to help them to develop and grow. 10% might be struggling or ready to leave and we can help them make that transition. The other 80% are the bedrock of the business, we can help to increase their engagement and your organisational effectiveness.
