Dear friends,

I am delighted to announce that Hannah Nash has been appointed a Director of 10Eighty as from 1st January 2024.

Hannah’s promotion is part of the succession plan to enable Liz Sebag-Montefiore and Hannah to be responsible for the day to day running of the business.  I estimate this transition will take up 18 months during which time I will remain as CEO focusing on business strategy as well as career and executive coaching.

The business goal remains to increase revenues threefold, creating a balance portfolio of career coaching, executive coaching and leadership development. In addition we will continue to build subscription income via Fuel 50 and our coaching app.

Liz and Hannah assume day to day control of the business which will necessitate the transference of certain client duties such as project and account manager.  We plan to use our extensive associate base to achieve that aim.

I am certain you will want to wish both Hannah and Liz well as they embark on their journey.
