10Eighty appoints Clancy Murphy as Non-Executive Director

We are delighted to announce that Clancy Murphy has recently joined 10Eighty as a Non-Executive Director.

Clancy’s remit is to bring fresh ideas, debate and challenge preconceptions about how 10Eighty currently does things. She will also help us to become more focused on new product offerings and better understand our target market.

Our CEO Michael Moran said: “Clancy’s appointment is a breath of fresh air. 10Eighty is determined to make significant progress and growth over the next 12 months and I’m confident that Clancy is the best person to help make this happen.”

Clancy Murphy - Non-Executive DirectorClancy will be bringing some substantial experience to the 10Eighty party. She worked at Deloittes for 20 years where she set up their experienced hire recruitment function and got involved in several projects to help reshape the company for growth. She was also the first female Executive Committee member at Equiniti.

In her most recent role at Drax, the international executive search firm, she built and led a high-quality Leadership Advisory Practice for CEOs, Chairmen and PE investors that supported the development of high performing leadership teams.

Clancy told us “I’m very excited to be joining 10Eighty in a capacity of Non-Executive Director. As an organisation, 10Eighty do not shy away from criticism and are very open to new ideas and approaches. In my work as a coach and mentor, I regularly see significant results from challenging the norm, and Michael tells me he’s ready for the challenge!”
