CareerCENTRE is an excellent tool that allows you to understand your own career aspirations and preferences but also equips you to use the tool as a manager to have effective robust career conversations. So not only do you get the self awareness aspect but also it is a very practical tool that can be used to increase employee engagement in the workplace through productive career conversations.

CareerCENTRE is an incredibly useful tool. It doesn’t just clarify the obvious, it makes you aware of where you are compromising your goals and values in your current role and what you are prepared to tolerate.
