The Middle East branch of 10Eighty opened on 1 July 2013 and in June 2016 we appointed a new Managing Director, Middle East – Sophina Rajah – who lives in Dubai. She told us:

Finally we are running a suite of training courses accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which will provide us with the ability to award recognised UK qualifications for our learning.

Sophina Rajah has a wealth of international experience working in multinational organisations, performing a wide variety of strategic and operational roles in both the private and public sectors for the likes of Blackberry Middle East, Kifaf General Trading (KGT), Virgin Media and the Ministry of Defence in the UK.
A commercially astute Head of Organisational Development, Sophina has enjoyed a hugely successful period in the Middle East since moving to Dubai in 2011. In addition to her regional experience, Sophina has considerable strategic and delivery know-how across a variety of OD and L&D disciplines. Sophina is adept at working with multinationals or SMEs alike and is able to switch easily between strategic and operational roles.
