Connected Conversations – Replacing the Annual Appraisal

After our successful launch event last week, 10Eighty Cymru are hosting a free follow-up workshop – Connected Conversations – Replacing the Annual Appraisal – on the 14th of November between 11am and 1pm at the brand new home of the Institute of Directors at Cardiff Business School.

There’s a lot of discussion in HR circles around the annual appraisal cycle. Is it still fit for purpose? Does it achieve anything for the employee or the organisation? Is it in fact a waste of time and money? Is there another way?

Toby Townrow and Emma Mitchell from 10Eighty Cymru will host this workshop to demonstrate how organisations may have to evolve and adapt their processes and how managers can have regular chats with their team members in order to drive engagement and results – and how this can be done through Connected Conversations.

Attendees will get tea/coffee on arrival and lunch during the session.
