Supporting organisations through restructuring and change programmes, which may include supporting people leaving the organisation to establish their next steps in an effective manner or to take redundancy through outplacement and career transition.
Managing poor performers through our outplacement and career transition service. We aim to improve staff performance or manage them out of the organisation, in an effective and supportive manner that protects the employer brand.
